Football Star Aaron Ramsey Boosts Bounty for Lost Canine in Mexico to $Twenty Thousand Dollars
Welsh football star Ramsey has boosted the reward for details concerning the vanished dog Halo to £15k.
The former Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who currently is with the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, mentioned that Halo was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state region.
Halo, who disappeared on October 9th, was equipped with a tracking device, and the footballer posted a Google maps location of her last known location.
"Any updates about our beloved Halo please get in touch with us. Big bounty for locating her. We are all wishing she's ok and will return with us quickly," Ramsey wrote on social media.
Earlier Bounty and Heartfelt Pleas
Ramsey first revealed that Halo had gone missing 14 days prior and has subsequently posted several images of the beloved canine on Instagram.
A $10,000 bounty was originally offered, but with no news on the dog's location after a week, the player and his family raised the sum.
"All we desire is our pet back," he stated in a further appeal on his online platforms after the 10-year-old dog disappeared.
A recent photograph upload is a monochrome photo of the beagle napping, her head resting in the curve of Ramsey's elbow, with the description: "What I wouldn't give to cuddle you one last time Halo."
Family's Concerns and Context
Ramsey has also circulated a message from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on social media indicating they have several "serious queries" surrounding the disappearance and fear the family "could possibly not obtain answers".
"To this day we have not located Halo. I fear we will ever," the spouse's update read.
The Wales skipper signed with Mexico's premier team Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and made his first appearance in Liga MX in August.
Born in Caerphilly player is the pioneering well-known British Isles player to participate in the Liga MX.
